General Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for our paid products. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are happy to give you a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of suspected abuse of this policy (for example, repeated refund requests intended to obtain free products).

Free Fit Kit Policy

You may participate in our Free Fit Kit program as available on our website. This program is designed to help you find your perfect fit and does not involve a recurring subscription. Limit one per household. 

Returns & Refunds

  • A free fit kit is not eligible for returns

  • You agree to pay a nonrefundable shipping fee at checkout.

Store Credit

  • A $10 store credit is issued upon Free Fit Kit purchase and expires 60 days after issuance.

  • Store credit can be applied toward your next purchase, such as a 36-pack purchase.

  • Expired store credit cannot be reinstated or refunded.

Delivery Issues

  • If your Free Fit Kit does not arrive, you must notify us post-delivery. A one-time replacement can be sent to an updated delivery address.

Program Rules

  • Only one Free Fit Kit per order. You are more than welcome to purchase more than one Fit Kit. 

  • Orders containing multiple Free Fit Kits will be automatically charged as discounted products and will no longer be free. 

  • Free Fit Kit orders are limited to one per household and customer.

Program Abuse

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict orders for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

    • Misuse of the program (e.g., excessive returns).

    • Failure to comply with return conditions or program terms.

Charge Disputes

  • If a fraudulent chargeback or dispute is initiated, we may:

    • Revoke access to the Free Fit Kit program.

    • Cancel future or pending orders.

    • Seek reimbursement for the product and associated fees.

Limitation of Liability

  • CALIBER® is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the Free Fit Kit program, including delays, errors, or failed payments.

  • What if I’m not satisfied?

  • What if my kit doesn’t arrive?

    • Email us at info@caliberbrand.com post-delivery for a replacement.

  • Can I try more than one free sampler?

    • Each customer is limited to one Free Fit Kit per household.
